Please note that this system isn't intended for general inquiries or personal complaints (e.g., issues regarding promotions/salary). Your managers or the compliance unit are available for such concerns.
Violations concerning to the following areas can be reported via this platform:
- Violations of criminal law on corruption
- Violations of compliance/data protection regulations (GDPR), protection of privacy, and employee protection regulations (excluding violations of labor law provisions or personal misconduct)
- IT incidents
- Violations of environmental protection regulations, public health, as well as product and traffic safety
- Violations such as tax fraud, tax evasion, and breaches of EU anti-fraud and internal market regulations (e.g., corporate tax and competition rules).

Each report undergoes evaluation and an initial review. Only select and trustworthy individuals at VENTREX have access to your reports and any personal data you voluntarily provide. If the report is compliance-related, an appropriate investigation will be initiated. Anonymous reports also allow ongoing communication between you and the reporting office. As a whistleblower, you can request information on the status and outcome of the process at any time.
The Whistleblower Protection Act safeguards you against employment-related repercussions from the company and shields you from civil, criminal, or administrative liability if you report justified misconduct through the internal whistleblowing system. It's crucial to have reasonable grounds for the accuracy of your information based on available data at the time of reporting. Intentionally reporting false information or disparaging colleagues constitutes a compliance violation and may have legal consequences. Individuals obtaining information through criminal acts and using it for reporting purposes are not protected by law.
IMPORTANT: Intentional false reporting (defamation) is prohibited and may result in legal consequences!
